Scytec DataXchange, a Cloud and On Premise OEE and analytic machine monitoring system, is available. DataXchange uses innovative IIoT technology to increase equipment efficiency, utilization, and shop floor productivity. DataXchange can be used with a variety of manufacturing machines, including CNC's and PLC's as well as robots, welders, and manual ones. You can create custom shop floor data entry rules to automatically collect shopfloor data from a wired or wired connection on MTConnect and Fanuc FOCAS based machines, as well as older and manually operated machines. DataXchange provides all the OEE reports and charts, dashboards, notifications, and notifications that you need to analyze the machine data. It also triggers notifications. This allows you to meet the needs of small facilities aswell as multi-site enterprise-level operations.
Description
Epicor Advanced Manufacturing Execution System is designed for plastic molders, manufacturers who use repetitive processes and those who have an assembly process that involves multiple machines. It is designed to assist floor operators in monitoring and optimizing their plant operations.
Advanced MES helps manufacturers monitor their business and control it with real-time information on plant and machinery. The system allows users to identify inefficient allocations of resources to find new capacity for the business. It can also be used to record machine downtime, scrap and material waste in each production cycle.
The software provides real-time monitoring of processes, scheduling in real time and visibility into operations. Users can view production details and descriptors and monitor up to 100,000 cycles. Maintenance teams can access machine condition reports for planning preventive maintenance. Advanced MES integrates accounting and manufacturing estimating capability.

Pricing Details
$45/month
The pricing for Scytec DataXchange is straight forward and simple. There is a one-time Account Activation fee per account and then a monthly fee per piece of equipment. Discounts are applied for an annual or a multi-year agreement in addition to volume discounts which start at 10 pieces of equipment. When moving up from one license level to another only the difference between the two activation fees is due.
