Description
Planning Ops is built for concrete subcontractors who run pours, crews and field paperwork. One login covers four modules. Place & Finish is a drag-and-drop pour board with each job's weather, cubic-yard totals, a 90-day rolling Lookahead, and an alert when a crew or a pump is booked on two jobs the same day. Confirming a pour sends one email to the job's contacts, the crew lead and the pump company, and a move sends the new date. Manpower plans crews 52 weeks out, shows the weeks you are short or over, tracks hours by man and job with ST/OT/DT, exports to 13 payroll formats including ADP, Paychex, QuickBooks and Sage, and flags certifications due inside 90 days. Project Schedule draws phases, milestones and crew per week, and prints an 11x17 for the GC. Daily Reports gives foremen a signed, numbered report with weather, crew, delays and photos on a tablet or phone, emailed as a branded PDF, with crew hours posting to time tracking. T&M tickets get the GC's signature on the device. Works in the US, Canada and the UK, with an iPhone and iPad app. $149/month includes 3 working seats; read-only viewers are free.
