CellCount is an online application designed for cell counting in laboratories that utilize hemocytometers or automated cell counter images. In instances where the grid is not automatically recognized, users have the option to manually designate the crossings. The outcomes provided by the application encompass cell viability, adjusted dilution cell concentration per milliliter, and a histogram reflecting cell sizes. Users can review detected cells as they are highlighted on the images, with the capability to add or remove detections, alter classifications, and confirm the final count.
