MeridianLink® DecisionLender® is an indirect auto lending platform built to support financial institutions operating in competitive, dealer‑driven environments. Dealers submit applications through major industry portals, receive instant decisions, complete e‑contracts, and fund faster—while institutions reduce errors, increase deal capture, and minimize operational overhead.
Configurable workflows allow institutions to tailor decision rules, dealer scoring, verification steps, STIP requirements, and funding processes. Automated counteroffers generate alternative loan structures in real time to preserve more deals. Dynamic rate and dealer reserve calculations apply pricing and participation models consistently across applications.
Integrations with DealerTrack, RouteOne®, CUDL®, Kelley Blue Book®, Black Book®, and CARFAX® support faster, more accurate decisions. Built‑in tools like e‑contracting, digital documents, ACH funding, real‑time reporting, advanced decisioning, and a responsive interface help shorten loan cycle times and improve dealer satisfaction.
