orginio is a tool that allows you to visualize and create corporate structures. This can be done within the tool, but you can also import existing data by connecting with an HR system or uploading an Excel file. orginio can also be integrated with ADP Vantage HCM and ADP Workforce Now. Deltek Costpoint, bambooHR, UKG Ready and UKG Pro, Personio and Google Drive are all possible integrations of orginio with Deltek Solutions (e.g.
orginio allows you to customize your org chart with many features, including individual color schemes, the display and modification of specific KPIs, as well as a box designer that determines the information displayed. Role-based access to data is possible, as well as useful search options and export options.
orginio also offers a feature that allows for workforce modeling. This allows you to simulate reorganizations and what if scenarios by simply dragging and dropping, without having to modify the original org chart.
