Description
Noodle serves as Helena Bioinformatics' publicly accessible read-only platform for uncovering biomedical literature. This service enables users to search for topics and publications, inspect PMIDs, DOIs, and PMCIDs, as well as navigate through citation or semantic literature clusters in a limited manner. The publicly available MCP interface allows users to delve into research articles using a well-documented set of seven tools, though it does not permit any writing capabilities. Noodle is specifically tailored for enhancing scientific discovery and conducting literature reviews. Importantly, it does not offer any medical diagnosis, treatment advice, or the ability to crawl the web without restrictions, ensuring that its focus remains solely on literature exploration. Researchers can rely on Noodle for efficient access to relevant academic information.
