Description
Maximize the potential of your project data by incorporating point clouds, scalable digital terrain models, raster imagery, and historical documentation into your infrastructure processes. A broad spectrum of reality modeling tools is at your disposal to enhance productivity, ultimately leading to improved returns on investment. Bentley Descartes seamlessly merges your images with engineering workflows to elevate the quality of your projects significantly. The software simplifies the transition from point clouds to geometric representations, accelerating production timelines while maintaining engineering standards. Additionally, it allows for the creation of animations and renderings that can be utilized for impactful project presentations. Fully leverage your reality modeling data by integrating point clouds, reality meshes, scalable terrain models, and raster files into your infrastructure workflows. Furthermore, when dealing with infrastructure projects that necessitate the conversion of legacy documents, Descartes ensures that all imagery is effectively incorporated into your engineering processes, facilitating a smoother project execution.
Description
PhotoMesh is a versatile photogrammetry application that transforms aerial, drone, and terrestrial images, videos, and LiDAR data into both 2D and 3D geospatial products that are georeferenced. It creates various outputs, including textured 3D meshes, Gaussian splatting models, point clouds, true orthophotos, and digital surface and terrain models. The software incorporates aerotriangulation, ground control points, quality reporting, and alignment features with existing 3D datasets or LiDAR, facilitating repeated surveys, change detection, mapping, infrastructure engineering, and asset inspections. Capable of processing extensive image collections, PhotoMesh allows project workloads to be distributed across multiple fuser machines or cloud resources for enhanced efficiency. It supports diverse types of imagery, including RGB, multispectral, and thermal. The software generates outputs like 3DML, 3D Tiles, I3S/SLPK, LAS, and GeoTIFF, which are ideal for GIS applications and 3D visualization processes. Additionally, integration with REST APIs enables automation in production and effective management of project queues. PhotoMesh is primarily designed for Windows, but it also offers Linux support for fuser installations and includes a separate managed service for cloud processing, providing users with flexible options for their photogrammetry needs. This adaptability makes it a valuable tool for professionals across various industries looking to enhance their geospatial analysis capabilities.
