GenOS facilitates the deployment, management, and enhancement of artificial intelligence across various enterprise production processes. It features three integrated interfaces on a single governed platform: Assistant, serving as an internal AI hub for employees; Service, providing customer-facing AI capabilities across multiple channels; and Supervisor, which focuses on document processing and workflow automation with human oversight.
The platform boasts robust governance features, including Single Sign-On (SSO), detailed Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) at the agent level, comprehensive audit trails for all actions taken, usage analytics, and automated evaluation pipelines. It supports multi-LLM routing among OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and open-source models to ensure the optimal model is utilized for each specific task, effectively avoiding vendor lock-in.
