Description
ATS CM4D bridges the divide between the realm of virtual design in Computer Aided Design and the tangible world of manufacturing. It enables the assessment of how components produced in various locations will integrate during assembly while also validating supplier parts prior to their dispatch. By eliminating data silos, it consolidates dimensional quality data from diverse sources and formats for streamlined analysis in one centralized location. Users can assess this data directly within ATS CM4D or leverage Business Intelligence platforms, ensuring that significant quality issues are tackled before they escalate into delays. How certain are you that potential dimensional fit challenges within your production processes or supply chain will be detected in time to prevent interruptions or missed deadlines? By enhancing global collaboration, ATS CM4D ensures that all team members are informed and equipped with the necessary information to implement swift corrective measures and optimize resource allocation effectively. This promotes a proactive approach to quality management and supports the overall efficiency of operations.
Description
EQuIS™ EnviroInsite is a powerful software tool designed for environmental professionals such as hydrogeologists, environmental scientists, and engineers to visualize data effectively. Users can create intricate site maps utilizing various image formats and vector files, while also visualizing environmental data in both two-dimensional (2D) and three-dimensional (3D) formats. The software allows for the generation of tailored boring logs and strip logs, as well as the analysis of stratigraphy through cross-sections and complex geological models in 2D or 3D. In addition to evaluating geochemistry, it provides the capability to conduct extensive statistical analyses and prepare customized graphics for reports that can be exported in formats like PDF, CAD, or GIS. A notable feature of EnviroInsite is its direct connection to EQuIS databases, which streamlines data access without requiring any cumbersome data transfers or restructuring. Furthermore, users can access Esri’s ArcGIS Online Map service or Microsoft’s Bing Maps service to obtain base map images such as aerial photos and road maps. As a Web Mapping Service (WMS) client, EnviroInsite can also fetch aerial images and other mapped data from numerous public WMS servers seamlessly, enhancing the user experience and expanding the range of accessible visual data. This integration and versatility make EnviroInsite an invaluable resource in the field of environmental data analysis and presentation.
