Negative: Very user friendly, but would like some more exterior design to be more pleasing.

Positive: I can save so much time now that I have access to immunization records all in one location rather as having to physically look for paper documents.

Negative: There are virtually no substantial drawbacks to using VirtuClock, in my opinion. My experience has been excellent, and any tiny problems I've had have been promptly fixed by their customer care staff.

Summary: This is exactly what I have been looking for to manage my small business's daily reporting and recording keeping. I can always export the files to my google sheet if needed for reporting. I will not switch to another provider as this software has given me the ease of use, affordability, and great features that I can't seem to find in others without breaking my budget. Best of all, I always get great customer service which I can reach out to any time through email. Response time is pretty quick and they assist me right away with my queries and precise instructions.

Positive: I appreciate that my daughter's caregivers can email me images and videos of her activities, crafts, and vacations. I love being able to see her face and see how pleased she is.

Negative: I can honestly state that I have not encountered anything that I believe could be improved. It does exactly what I need it to do, and I've had nothing but excellent experiences with the VirtuClock app.

Summary: As a parent user, I value having access to my child's teacher or caregiver at any time during the day. I enjoy seeing images of them and reading humorous stories about them that I might not otherwise obtain. I tell/show everyone who inquires about where my children go daycare how I like it and how much I appreciate the VirtuClock management since I'm so impressed. See the suggestions above for what, in my opinion, might be done to improve it for parents and users.

Positive: The conversations we can have with parents are so much fun. As a parent whose kids attend a facility that makes use of VirtuClock, I enjoy knowing about my kids' days and seeing what they get up to. As a coordinator, I appreciate that we can inform parents about what is happening and how their children are learning.

Negative: There are no significant problems. We should be able to save stuff in the app and send them when we are connected to internet, I want sometimes. Sometimes internet services prevent items from being transferred, thus that is a problem with our internet, not the software.

Summary: After the prices for ProCare skyrocketed, I started exploring for another program. ProCare cost roughly what VirtuClock will cost, but I did not have to pay the initial "buying" the program expense, and I had a lot more possibilities with VirtuClock than ProCare.

Positive: With the monthly cost, we get all the alternatives. It is not too difficult to use this cloud-based tool. I like that the parent receives an invoice so they are aware of the cost up front. There are many benefits to it that we have yet to even begin to explore.

Negative: No, I'm content with the application just as it is.

Summary: Great way to communicate with teachers and staff. Messages go straight to my work inbox which is great since I am working on my computer for hours at a time.

Positive: VirtuClock is an excellent platform for childcare centers, preschools, and early childhood education centers.It provides a number of tools that help our child care to handle daily activities and become more efficient, streamlined, and effective.. VirtuClock's extensive child tracking system is one of its major features.

Negative: There isn't anything I dislike about VirtuClock. It is really useful in our daily lives. It makes our days flow much more smoothly.
