Summary: I am very happy we switched to Procare. The implementation was a breeze and customer support has been outstanding.

Summary: I've been using it for over 15 years and I love it. it is so easy to use and I love that it's connected to the engagement app for the parents as well.
Positive: Procare makes keeping track of attendance and records and billing so easy. It is so nice it's all in one place.
Negative: The cloud is down sometimes but they seem to fix it fast.

student enrollment, parent accounts, staff records, deposit reports, parent communication and much more!Positive: As Director of a preschool I truly appreciate how easy Procare makes it to organize enrollment information of both the parents and the students. Being able to utilize bulk emails and bulk text messages has simplified many of my communication issues. I also truly appreciate how Procare support ALWAYS solves any issues I may have. I have even called them for some really dumb "user" issues and they still make me feel like a valued customer!
Negative: The only "con" I might possible have is that some times the wait time for customer support seems a bit long. However, that is understandable if they are providing their other customers the same personable and efficient service they provide me.

Summary: I love how easy it is to navigate within the app. It is so easy to find what I need without the hassle of looking for anything. I love that you can just search for something and it will be there. Everything is labeled and can be found within seconds.

Summary: Overall, Procare is amazing. We have built our company up using this system and it has kept us consistent as we have grown.
Positive: Procare is a great software for managing our childcare center. We have used it for 20 years, and as it continues to improve, it gets better and better. The accounting features is our number one reason for staying with Procare. All other platforms are always missing one piece that Procare has. Being able to manage staff, families and accounting all in one place truly makes our job easier. Once learning and understanding the platforms it is very user friendly. Procare's support team is great, very responsive and very helpful.
Negative: Even though we love most things about Procare, we do wish it had some features so that we could eliminate all other systems. Such as a two-way communication between the parents and admin outside of the app. Having a way to send a mass email to all of the parents and having them just respond to the email it came from.

Summary: Since 2006 we have relied on Procare to work for us, and it hasn't missed a beat! Flexibility, ease of use, cost effectiveness, and reliability are all top notch!
Positive: Procare has been a God Send for us. We've used it since 2006 after using MS DOS and it has worked perfectly for us. It is quite flexible, allowing us to track any and all data needed to meet our funding requirements and manage day to day operations.
Negative: There is nothing that has been a "con" for us with Procare. Support is great, it's easy to use, and we have no plans to change.

Summary: I have enjoyed being able to give the parents peace of mind knowing their child is in good hands. they are able to access the daily pictures and reports as they are posted. they do not have to wait until the end of the day to see what the child has done. It is much easier to communicate with the parents through Procare. We are able to send them notes of what we may need or how the child is doing.
Positive: I like the fact that I no longer have to write out the daily reports for 10 children. I am able to log diaper changes meals daily activities all with ease on my Procare app. I love the fact that Injury reports are uploaded and the parents can see them as they are uploaded with pictures of the injury. I enjoy taking pictures of the children though out the day allowing the parents to see how much the child has enjoyed their day.
Negative: On very few occasions we have had trouble with log in. It was quickly handled.

Summary: Just starting out but I love the guided tutorials and how easy it is to navigate for staff and parents.
Positive: The virtual demos, constant communication and easy access to customer service. Even when I wasn't ready to sign up, as I was still shopping around, the sales rep Loren was extremely helpful and responded to any questions I had over email.
Negative: As we have just signed up, there have been no cons so forth!

Summary: We have been pleased with Procare at our center. Parents, especially the ones new to childcare, love the idea of managing their billing, sending us messages, and communicating with teachers all on one app. I love looking at pictures that teachers post.
Positive: The app is easy to send messages and posts in real time to parents. As an administrator, I can scroll through the classroom activities and post as well as monitor messages.
Negative: Sometimes there is a need for an update and we will have issues with use. Parents will be frustrated when they can't sign in their child but this is really our only issue.
