    Summary: The team at ExamBuilder has been amazing. The strength of this program is definitely the customer support. If you have concerns that the software may be difficult to learn, it's not, but there is a strong team easily acceptable that can help you or students through the process.

    Positive: Customer Support is the highlight. I'd highly recommend this to anyone looking for digital exam software.

    Negative: I don't really have any cons. I'd recommend the product.

    Positive: Highly customizable, intuitive user interface is packed with features. The ability to review statistics on individual exam questions is very helpful. Very easy to get started quickly; not much of a learning curve. Good price and good customer support. Saves a lot of time.

    Negative: No significant negative issues to report. The application serves all of my needs. File size limit on some file imports can be restrictive.
