    Summary: Once I settled on an experience the Blueboard concierge reached out to me to answer my questions and help make the reservations. She was very helpful and ensured we had a great experience. We brought our entire family to Medieval Times to celebrate birthdays and everyone had a fantastic time!

    Positive: I liked getting some in the mail each month that was different than other "date nights!" It was nice to switch things up from our usual dinners out, movies etc. It was something we could do in our own home.

    Summary: My experience was absolutely fantastic. From the setup of my staycation to the execution of it all. I had no problems when checking into my hotel, retrieving my massages at the spa, or checking out at the end. 100% top notch. So appreciate Blueboard!

    Summary: I had a great experience with Blueboard and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to travel or any business looking for a company to handle rewards for their employees.

    Negative: There weren't really any cons, the only small thing is Blueboard only has a certain amount of websites/airlines they can work with. However, as this was a work bonus and my company had already paid for the service, Blueboard allowed me to pay for the flights I wanted and bank transferred the cost which was great and flexible.

    Summary: Overall, I highly recommend that more companies offer Blueboard. It gets employees excited about hitting anniversary milestones as well as feel appreciated.

    Positive: As a user it was easy to use, had a great selection of experiences to choose from and I felt appreciated by my company.

    Negative: I didn't make a selection for my experience right away because the selection seemed limited at the time so I waited a couple weeks for the website to be updated. I received notices via email multiple times per week reminding me to use my award. I felt this may have been too excessive.

    Summary: I loved the experience of working with Blueboard, and was very happy with all the customization they provided on my behalf!

    Positive: As a mom of small children, the last thing on my mind is adding more work for myself, even if it is for the benefit of myself. The only portion I had to be involved in was picking the option and enjoying the option. I was not involved in any portion of the details of setting up skydiving for myself and I am so grateful for how quick and amazing and easy the overall experience was!

    Positive: I loved being able to experience a farm-to-table restaurant that I never would've thought to go to! The concierge made the reservation for me, which was very simple, and all we had to do was show up. Great communication and service.

    Summary: As part of the Employee morale boosting program my company enlisted Bluebird to give some of the employee's rewards. We had the opportunity to select from a variety of rewards. The counselor worked with me to help me find a local reward that I would enjoy. The concert was fantastic!

    Positive: Got to see Jimmy Buffett live at Merriweather. The tickets were free to me. The location and date I got to pick. Coincidentally my sister was going that night with her husband.

    Summary: Prefer not to receive a gift to Blueboard. Give me a voucher to spend as I like instead since the concierge cannot be bothered to ask what I might like when it comes to a more general "experience".

    Positive: General experience within one page. Idea is nice. Cohesive webpage. View what you get at a glance for marketing.

    Negative: Great on surface level, but service is lacking. Not enough variety provided. Concierge does nothing except place in an order for items within the budget for tangible experiences. There is no inquiry as to what someone might like and instead one gets stuck with all one type of item and no variety whatsoever. Waste of money here, I'd rather receive company swag than this type of appreciation.
