The company's Ubuntu home page tells it like it is on point six of a list of things you wanted to know about Ubuntu but were too afraid to ask. "Ubuntu is safer than Microsoft Windows. The vast majority of viruses and spyware written by hackers are not designed to target and attack Linux."
