Especially when Apple says its developers can't even talk about their relationship with Apple. It's bad enough when government Web sites only work on IE, but at least you're not required to pay $39.95/month to Microsoft for access. Taxpayer money shouldn't help a company with a closed system tighten its grip on the smartphone market.
