Last week, the president has approved a law that makes computers sold under R$ 2,500 (US$ 1041) cheaper. That's because the companies selling computers under that price have no need to pay some of the taxes, that represent 9.25% of total value. Luis Inácio Lula da Silva, the president, aims to sell 1 million computers by this year. Hoppefully it will increase
