Journal: Hello World

Some people like tomatos and some people dont. I like home grown tomatos, ones that have a tomato-like flavor. Some store bought tomatos don't have any flavor. They look like tomatos. Some even still have the stem on them, I guess in an effort to prove they are actually real tomatos. I think if everyone grew at least one tomato, the world would be a better place. Once a year there could be a world-wide tomato contest to see who grew the best tomato. That Northern-Southern hemisphere thing might be a problem for selecting the proper time for the world-wide contest, but I didn't think this thing wouldn't have a few bugs that needed to be worked out. For those who don't want to eat tomatos there is a yearly contest in Bunol, Spain. This could be expanded to include the international tomato growing contestants. Whole armys could compete for glory and honor. All disputes could be settled at the tomato wars. Of course the timeless debate would rage on none the less..... fruit or vegetable ?
