Submission + - I2P 0.6.4: a strong anonymous network 1

An anonymous reader writes: The I2P (Invisible Internet Project) developers have put out a brand new version of the anonymous network software. I2P is very similar to Tor, but focuses more on internal traffic (allowing anonymous chat, browsing and of course P2P), while Tor is used mostly as a proxy.
For years, the developers kept a low profile, because of an alpha-state network. However, there have been lots of improvements in the past year, and the network is ready for medium-scale operations.
I2P is ready to grow, so go ahead and download the latest client!
