writes: NPR is reporting that the U.S. Department of Justice has filed an anti-trust lawsuit to block AT&T's purchase of competitor T-Mobile. DoJ argues that the deal would, "[result] in higher prices, poorer quality services, fewer choices and fewer innovative products for millions of American consumers".
