Since it wasn't disclosed on the packaging the sap that didn't like it is entitled to $5000 according to the lawsuit filing located here... everyone else that purchased an "HDD MP3 Player" gets a discount from their next purchase from Creative Labs.
Siobhan Ford writes: "Harvard Business Review has a new article up that links leadership potential to online game-playing. The authors say that players of MMORPGs like World of Warcraft and Everquest are developing specialized leadership skills like risk-taking, speed, and fluidity in leadership roles, all traits that executives will need if they want to compete as workplaces become increasingly digital. What's more, they claim part of the reason top gamers are good leaders is due to characteristics of game environments in general — immediate non-monetary incentives and hypertransparent performance data, to name a few. The implication? Companies should focus on "gamifying" their workplaces as well as choosing the right people if they want to be competitive."
