2) RedHat eventually wins
3) SCO goes bankrupt
4) SCO execs move to other well paying jobs keeping bundles of money they made since they already knew how this was going to pan out.
5) SEC investigates [possibly]
6) SCO execs get off scott-free or nearly so and fade into history
7) Another company makes similar claims (possibly Microsoft after they release their WinCE code.)
