Completely agree. We use our PS3 the same way, a little gaming, but primarily as media center w/ Play On and Netflix. I just bought an LG blu ray player to put in our bedroom, solely for the streaming services. We own 1 blu ray disk and won't buy any others.

That was from "Departament879@fbi.com" Like the FBI has a .COM address. Fantastic. Of course, I'm sure the "attached list of questions" is something nasty, so that's as far as ol' Steve and I went.

Evidently, his abhorrence of "treating [pets] as commodities and expendable" doesn't extend to stealing bees' honey and selling it for his profit, nor to manipulating the bees social structure and ecology, as is required of any successful bee keeper.

I think that's about right and if I had mod points I'd give you some. I've been an Opera devotee for 12-13 years. Opera has always been pretty good at memory management, IMO, but nowadays, it uses as much as the next browser. Right now, 6 tabs open for the last 2 hrs and I'm sitting at about 512 megs used. Of course, it doesn't seem to be as big a deal when systems are built with 6-8 gigs minimum as the standard. Even so, I'm still relentlessly concerned about every spare resource my rig uses.

The circumstances that contributed to the failings at Fukushima are not similar to the situation surrounding nuclear plants in Switzerland or Germany. This is nonsense.

They want to improve their use of renewables, awesome. They should keep the nuke plants while boosting efforts on wind, solar, and hydro. Ramping up reliance on fossil-fueled energy while waiting for those other technologies to get to where we need them to be is foolish.

So, the RIAA settled for $105 million after determining that Limewire helped people pirate "billions" of songs. Shouldn't that, then, set the value of "a" song that is shared? A conservative estimate of 2 billion songs for $105 mill is, what, about a nickel a song? Should use that value when determining damages against Jammie Thomas and anyone else.

JM convoluted O, of course, but I'm not the one settling for relative peanuts.

The U.S. military does not view a no-fly zone as sufficient to stopping Gadhafi.

Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. Norton Schwartz told a Senate Armed Services Committee hearing on Thursday that establishing such a zone "would not be sufficient" to stop the gains made by Gadhafi.

Schwartz told the committee that establishing a no-fly zone would take "upwards of a week."

I hope this helps the rebels, but they have a lot to overcome, yet.
