This is probably not needed for their drivers though. The use of middle fingers and "FUCK YOU!" appears to have caught on just fine as an industry standard.

"I don't get it. How do they call it "in the cloud" if the servers are located on-site?"
Carefully. Microsoft believes any sufficiently nebulous implementation is indistinguishable from something patentworthy.
Exactly the same as it currently is. Microsoft would make the workers quit, and those that somehow do get fired won't get unemployment status (and benefits) for various reasons.
I always thought "Ridiculous Tragedy" myself.

Best to just not purchase RT, and wait for a real ARM alternative.
Also, Ubuntu. So there's 2 reasons I can't support. Sorry.

Now something else is all over them. Grats.
Probably better for us than Icahn's financial sociopathy.
"Got chainz so tight, dey outshinin' mah photosphere..."
It would be just a long-winded WTFPL, if WTFPL had explicit waivers of specific rights and a minimal-license fallback for places that don't have a public domain (or worse, dump rights-waived works into the hands of RIAA-like industry groups).
CC0 is, sadly, necessary for those regions, to properly leave works to the people.
