Even updated Office 2000 and 2002/XP, with the 2007 compatibility packs, are fine for me! Sure, they're unsupported but they work. I don't use Office a lot anymore at home like I used to do for school work, so I care not if they have missing security updates.
Ditto. Even Office 2000 SR3 with its 2007 compatibility pack does way better than the free Office suites. They can't even open password protected docx files which happens once in a while from other people.
Yes, join the collective. Look at me now: http://zimage.com/~ant/antfarm/about/pictures/BorgAnt.jpg
I wonder what she does these days. I assume still related to Linux/computer stuff.
I noticed the changed wallpapers too. However, my assigned screen saver was the same.
Here's what's worse. If you install W8.1 from its ISO file over the old activated and updated W8.0 with its Media Center addon (got it for free), then it asks you to enter a key, reactivate, changed settings back to defaults, lose my free Media Center addon offer, etc. Annoying. That should not happen if I am keeping my settings to upgrade from a W8.1 ISO file!
Yeah, prove it for me too please.
I wonder if anyone would be interest in my ant addiction.
But they're expensive. I'd rather have KITT/KARR!
That is how I am doing it now. I record OTA to my DVR and computer. Internet for the rest.
Like mailing lists. Still don't do it?
Yeah, that's scary. I registered for a brand new account. Facebook only has my e-mail address and name, but they already had connections to people I know. How the heck? I wished I could know more how it has connections to others. Did people name me? I asked people through other communication means, and they said no. WTF? With my fake accounts, I do not see anyone. It's scary!
Ditto, but it sucks going over oceans, across countries, etc. I wished we had (tele/trans)porters now.
Windows 3.x weren't that good IMO. 8.11 would be basically like 8.0 and 8.1. Yawn.
