Not only is he guilty of what he was accused of doing, he rejected the plea offer that would have spared him jail time and deportation (the same deal that the girl in the case took). He had his chance to admit what he did was wrong and atone, but he flat out rejected that and decided to take his chances.

Now, he can think about the consequences of his actions while sitting in jail and in India once he is deported.

You obviously have little clue about theory of natural selection and everything that goes with it. Perhaps you would have a better argument if you actually understood how evolution works.

The Theory of Natural Selection basically states that if a mutation helps you in survival, you are more likely to mate and the helpful mutation will propagate, which will eventually lead to great changes to the specie over time.

There is nothing in this theory that says ALL mutations are helpful. I don't know where you got that idea from, but perhaps not drinking from the ID kool-aid will help you in that endeavor.

There is no such a thing as bait and switch in science. Either your theory is supported by evidence or it isn't. ID has no evidence nor a way to test it. It is not science. Evolution is a fact, Theory of Natural Selection is a well proven theory.

The prosecutor fully knows he is barking up the wrong Constitutional tree, but what is really unconcerting is the fact that they are doing this just so that they can find out who "Mr.Fiddlestick" is. Since Google won't reveal who "Mr.Fiddlestick" is without a criminal investigation, they are using this to run around that requirement. I doubt that they will even charge him with the statue. I agree, but Alex still reads it aloud. At the very least I am getting the same information in two different ways at two different speeds. That must have some negative impact on the brain. Shouldn't that be factored in as well? If you wanted to be indentical, there should not be Trebek to read the question.

In the article, they mention that the computer gets the question as text. Does anyone know exactly when the computer receives the question? Does it receive when the human host starts talking or when the human host completes the question? If it is when the host starts speaking, the computer is getting at least several second head-start on the humans.

Funny, how everything comes around. Today, bone marrow is probably one of the top "foodie" gourmet item. All of the celebrity chefs like Bourdain, Riepert, and others sing high praises of bone marrow and routinely feature bone marrow dishes on their shows.
