Chief Justice Roberts summary, "A principal may, consistent with the First Amendment, restrict student speech at a school event, when that speech is reasonably viewed as promoting illegal drug use." While Justice Breyer dissented and warned, "One concern is that, while the holding is theoretically limited to speech promoting the use of illegal drugs, it could in fact authorize further viewpoint-based restrictions.""

Spamicles writes: "Manchester, NH — Freelance reporter Matt Lepacek, reporting for Infowars.com, was arrested for asking a question to one of Giuliani's staff members in a press conference. The press secretary identified the New York based reporter as having previously asked Giuliani about his prior knowledge of WTC building collapses and ordered his arrest."

It used to be:

  1. Circle Select
  2. Fill
  3. Shrink Select
  4. Cut or Delete

    and you had to do it on a seperate layer to avoid damaging the stuff under it. It's greate that they fixed that, but I still miss having a circle and rectangle button on the toolbox.
