Words mean things. Everyone has to agree what those things are. If your definition of a word doesn't match the rest of the world's definition, you have a problem, not the rest of the world.
What about the word "theory". I think that most people in the world would use it incorrectly, but it doesn't change the meaning of the word.
Not if they are Korean!
Yeah, because the Korean space program is mars-ready!
I am guessing there will be another moonshot now, considering they just started calling this the "Chandrayan-1" instead of "Chandrayan" with no numbers next to it.
Apparently they have already completed the design phase of Chandrayan-2 http://newstodaynet.com/newsindex.php?id=19032%20&%20section=5
I myself use maybe 10%. There are parts (of Windows Vista) that I have never explored and will never explore. I just do not need all that functionality.
Yes, but who is to say that every user uses the same 10%? If most users only utilise 10%, I would think that these 10% segments overlap enough to cover a significant proportion of the total function of the OS.
What, no skynet tag? What's wrong with you
Probably a !skynet tag would be more appropriate.

Most of the rest of it is taken up by Slashdot
Last I checked you can't use a debit card over the internet...
You can't use an EFTPOS card over the internet (eg Maestro) but you can definitely use a debit Mastercard on the internet. Also, in Australia at least, you can't get a debit card until you are 18 (with most of the major banks).
This is exactly how the replicators began.... Slow old 72Mhz processors and then you put enough of them together and the thing goes evil and start taking over the universe.....
I feel that I should say something about the Replicators not being evil as much as a virus is evil.
To the systems programmer, users and applications serve only to provide a test load.
