Here's the text of this particular FCC regulation put into effect by un-elected officials. I wonder if these regs were struck down by Congress because of the desire to do away with privacy or because of other more specific concerns with what is in this 200+ page document.

Keep the those knees jerking though!!

I think you already know this, but for the benefit of others that may be inclined to believe your statement, you could not be more incorrect in your reasoning both legally and morally.

Democrats have not only recently rediscovered the virtues of limit government, but also the virtues of following rules?

That's great! And now we'll even see the US media bring back investigative journalism after an 8 year hiatus.

If it were to pass, and I doubt it will, a 15% US corporate income tax rate would likely cause a sharp rise in then a consistent level of corporate tax revenue that this nation has not experienced before.

In very simple terms: corporations now do everything to avoid taxes and with a 15% rate, many will start to actually keep cash in saving to purchase capital goods and fund future expansion.

Banks won't like it though because of less demand for their fiat dollars. And we know what kind of power the bank lobbies have.

Sure, then 14 years later Nixon did so much harm to the country, that he ended up resigning because of it. Some favor, huh?

Whaat? What exactly was the "so much harm" that he did to the country? He was a very effective president. Heck, he was almost more of a statist than your candidate HRC!!
