Hah. Hahah. No sane person drives their car into New York City, especially not Manhattan. You get your choice of a $40/day parking garage, or daily bumper abuse when you so happen to find a spot to park. I don't care how crappy the MTA's service is. It is less crowded, less expensive, and more convenient than sitting in traffic and trying to cram your car onto Manhattan island somewhere.

Bill Murray went through a terrible divorce last year where he lost a significant amount of his wealth. And sure, he was in Rushmore, Lost in Translation, Broken Flowers, etc. but he we also the voice of Garfield. So it's not like he's above taking a big, fat paycheck to make a children's movie.

Fixed that for you.

Remember, children's movies don't have to be good to appease the kiddies.

Actually, research I read when I got my DUI in 2007 seemed to indicate the release of alcohol vapors into the air by the lungs can vary widely between persons, by as much as 20%.

I don't know about 49 of the states, but in Washington state, if you want something more accurate than a breathalyzer, you have to demand the police take you to the hospital to have blood drawn at your own expense. They are required by law to comply, but 99% of DUI suspects know nothing of their rights.

We have these little portable devices that can check a person's blood sugar. Why don't the police have blood sensors that can check blood alcohol content... via blood, instead of breath?

2. Your idea is most sinister, and I hope to never see it succeed in my life time.

3. There hasn't been a legitimate second-hand market for PC games since CD-Rs became affordable, and consoles use hardware to enforce against duplication. So this whole second-hand market issue seems moot.
