Free for you maybe, there are many thousands of us that work overseas, we don't pay US tax unless we make over 90k(?), but still have to files taxes every year. It's a nightmare every single year, whatever program worked last year, doesn't support overseas income this year, none of the free file programs right now support this option, and most don't tell you until you get to the 2055 forms. At the point you enter your foreign address the software should know this already. I've resorted to having to use H&R Block the last 2 filings because it's the only one that works well, so I'm paying, plus paying extra, for the privilege of completing my tax form in a timely manner, oh, and as a bonus fuck you, you can't e-file, it needs to be printed and sent by snail mail.
I would love the surety of a gov program, that if there's an issue, I can use the fall back that it's THIER program that caused the problem, not my input !

They aren't stealing bread, they are stealing high value small items like razor refills and baby formula, usually to sell in other shops at a discount. There are gangs of mostly Eastern Europeans targeting stores in the U.K. with special made dresses that can hold a serious amount of theft.
But nobody goes to jail for shoplifting here, it's community sentences with fines, and they are back doing it again next week.

Oh yes, the traffic did fall off in London.... for a bit, then people just sucked it up and paid, then they put a "clean air zone " on TOP of the congestion charge, for another 12 quid charge. If the congestion charge was working, then why a separate clean air charge?? It's a tax on poor people who can't afford new cars with ultra low smog systems.
