I would be leery about that. Most people don't use a passphrase large enough to seriously resist brute force attacks (20 characters minimum is what TC recommends). Plus, even encrypted data is still useful, because an adversary can brute force it at their leisure when stored remotely. Keeping the passwords stored on a device that would require physical access to gives a lot better security and keeps the baddies from getting access in the first place.

According to http://howsecureismypassword.net/ my password would take a million years to brute force. Not to worried about getting it brute forced. Without access to these passwords everywhere (phone/laptop/public computers/tablet) they are useless to me. What good is great security if you have no way to use what that security protects?

so, if everywhere you saw "gun" you read "handgun" instead of "hunting rifle", do you have any argument with what i said?

Yes you're still wrong. I have shot handguns many time for the enjoyment of it.

Either way having me hit the close button when I went for the menu every other time is a real pain in the ass.

Now all I need is a replacement for Ghost/TrueImage. All the newer versions seem to have redesigned their interfaces to appeal to n00bs who probably shouldn't be imaging their drives anyway. Seriously, anyone who can understand the concept of drive imaging can cope with the old interface.

But to that point do we consider the outcome of WW2 to be that the "good guys" won? In today's age the "good guys" would have been made to be the bad guys. Shit happens in war, if a war is "just" like the one in Afghanistan (not so much Iraq) then why should we make the private that threw a grenade into a room that had people shooting at him and killed 5 people; 3 of whom were woman/children the bad guy?

I'm sorry but war is hell shit happens, until we live in an Utopian society that is a fact of life.

A lot of the moderators are too young to recall anything prior to 2000. They might not have noticed the "invasion in early 90s" because they didn't even recall that a war had happened, and just assumed "Iraq invasion" referred to Bsuh, Cheney, and so on.

Seeing as we didn't "invade" Iraq in the early 90's and the current war is much bigger it is understandable were people would be confused. Not to mention the fact that the Euro wasn't even around in 1990 so i don't know why we would go to war because Iraq was going to start selling oil in a currency that was still 2+ years from being used anywhere.

In Gulf Storm we did enter Iraq but did not invade it in a traditional sense. We even had truly legitimate reasons for going into Kuwait and removing the Iraqi forces.

Happens to break into your account? How does that happen?

I'd like to know your opinion on online banking.

I've had my account hacked after playing CS:S for the first time in 5 years. They have some way to get your account info if you connect to certain servers. Trust me i didn't give my account info away or even have a weak re-used password. I got an email confirming that my password was changed then that my email was changed. I email Valve within 20 minutes of the last email and got no response for almost 2 weeks.

So its very possible for your account to get hacked and them to take a long time to fix it in which case if the account hijacker hacks on a VAC server your account will be banned and even if they see it was hijacked during that time will not unban you.

Don't get me wrong I still use Steam and that was the only bad experience I've had with them.
