Why would younger people put a V8 in a car that was already available with a V8? The mustang could be purchased with a 260 from the get go. (later to be upgraded to a 289, then 302. etc. etc.) the birth of the "Muscle car" is generally attributed to John DeLorean, and his 1964 Pontiac GTO. The mustang was the first "Pony Car" to be followed by Chevrolet's Camaro.

Watch the guys that are making big HP, and they burnout all the way across the start line. Then, back up and stage. The idea being this would leave a strip of sticky rubber on the ground for them to launch off of.

So, do a burnout on the lawn.

I haven't had an issue with Torx cam-out. my Husqvarna is held together mostly with torx fasteners, and I find that if the right size is used, it's not an issue. i find that cam-out is only really useful tightening, it's undesirable when loosening.

And use the right size tool.

They will get snapped up in a heartbeat. Failing is still experience. now they have a better idea of what NOT to do. Besides, the Banking/Wall St industry is so incestuous, everyone knows everyone, and their buddies over at one of the other big firms will get them a job.

So all we need to do is make guns so hard to load, that the cops have time to arrive. so, outlaw breech loading weapons, allow only muzzle-loaders? still they take a minute or so to load. that'll slow down the mass murderers right? /sarcasm. Seriously, limiting magazine capacity will do next to nothing to slow down a determined shooter. Better that he has multiple armed opponents, preferably unknown to him. Imagine how much harder a time the columbine shooters would have had if they'd had to evade more than 1 armed opponent. shooting fish in a barrel might not be so attractive if the fish were able to shoot back. I don't currently own a gun, but i would feel much safer if criminals had to live with the uncertainty that their intended victims might be armed.

If you take for instance, a small block chevy, the camshaft is driven via a chain that connects to the crankshaft. the "sprockets" that are on the ends of these shafts are known as timing gears - i've never heard them called timing sprockets. misnomer?

Pictures are not the only threat that this policy would seek to avoid. Would you allow people to bring a laptop into your datacenter? probably not.

+1 real tools are the way to go. as for flashlights, get an LED headlamp. keeps your hands free and doesn't fall into the raised floor as easily. If you must get a hand held flashlight, try to get one that's square, so it doesn't roll off the shelf as easily.

I would imagine magnetic labels would be a pain. ordinary labels peel off just fine if you want to change things around. magnetic ones fall off more easily especially when you don't want them to.

My money would be on Waldorf Salads.

the spinning tires is precisely why it's fun. I had an '04 Subaru WRX which put 227 hp, it was a blast to drive in the snow. It only had all season tires, so it was pretty easy to get it sideways. my 09 WRX puts out 260 hp, and with real snow tires on all 4 corners it's awesome in the snow. I'm sure I could get by with less horsepower, but i don't want to. Try driving in the north east with an under powered car, it's frustrating at best, lethal at worst.
