Comment This is way overblown! (Score 0) 222

Given that individual immune status of each citizen of the extremely repressive society of Communist China is very low, it isn't hard to see why the disease is so deadly. Still it isn't as deadly as the common flu here in the United States. People need to supplement with Zinc, and vitamins C and D to boost their immune systems.

ROTFLMAO! I'm so glad to have triggered you. Actually my reply WAS lazy. I gave it very little thought. Thinking further my "GUESS" is that the net effect would be to reduce the fuel consumed and hence the CO2 put into the atmosphere. But then... Get ready to be triggered again... more CO2 is actually a good thing because it makes plants grow which produce more food and oxygen for us to breathe. With an ice age coming we need the extra greenhouse effect anyway.

Are you triggered? Come on... Give it to me!

Then you factor in the fact that the fuel storage weighs just as much when full than when it's empty. Also these so-called Zero Emission Vehicles are only zero at the consumption end. This falls apart when you factor in the emissions generated to create the energy. Tanstaafl!

Actually, hydrocarbon fuel can be synthesized from CO2 and water with enough energy input. And it's GREEN!

The only problem I can see is if the demand for hydrocarbon fuel becomes great enough to deplete CO2 in the atmosphere which will cause plant life to die. Then we die. OOPS!
