As it is companies like IBM, Accenture etc have more employees in India than in the US.. so yes entire dept will just move to India as it is happening now.. and they are not just servicing US market but the global market, so I dont think the US worker has the only 'right' to do those jobs

Comment Here in India..... (Score 1) 62

I used to work in the UK and it was crazy to see the amount of control the bank had on your finances in terms of blocking transactions etc.. here in India even if the bank suspects an illegal transaction occurring, the best they can do is report it but they have no authority to block or stop it unless a competent authority of the court asks them to..

Wow you guys live in the 1st world with stone age banking.. here in India I'm able to transfer and clear payment from any bank/account to any other bank/account within seconds (ok maybe 30 seconds) for free 24/7 even on a bank holiday.. I can also set up a virtual payment address similar to an email that will remain the same even if I switch banks and the virtual pmt address can be anything I want similar to email addresses..

The communications satellite will be India's gift to neighbors. The South Asia satellite has 12 Ku band transponders, which India's neighbours can utilise. Each country will get access to at least one transponder.
