..or you could read the summary where it says "This change occurred when the oldest vehicle, SVN 23, was removed from the constellation." and generously assume that SVN 23 was removed because of a hardware failure and the removal of a satellite from the constellation triggered the software defect and thus both interpretations are correct.

But then you would have no excuse to complain, and where is the fun in that?

They clearly should have spent 5 times the money to get further into space even though that would in no way help the validity of their test of recovery systems.

Why? Because that money would have helped shut up people who completely miss the point.
It would have been well worth it.

The comparison is "perceived health effect of marijuana smoke vs perceived health effects of cigarette smoke."
Maybe its only tar as you say, maybe its not. I make no claims either way.
If its just tar than my statement holds up: Despite marijuana having more tar, pot smokers use a smaller volume of product than tobacco smokers so there is less of a marijuana tar problem regardless of the per gram tar ratios.
If its more than just tar than the statement still holds up for those as well.

What Im going with is that the previous commenter was not able to correctly parse the words in the article.
Apparently you have the same inability to read the written word.

Where exactly in my post did I say anything for or against global warming?
However, your inability to understand what people say makes it really hard to take you or your arguments seriously.

Where in the article did it state anything about the timeframe of the "major impact on core business?"
It doesnt. It states a timeframe for making decisions that will prevent the major impact without needing "hard decisions."

Where did you go wrong? I would guess it was in elementary school, but who knows....

Dont fool yourself.
People have thought that the carnage of every major conflict was enough to prevent it from happening again. It never does. Some group always thinks they have the key to an easy victory which, right or wrong, commits them to a series of actions.

China is on track to meet Americas military power by 2020. I just saw a story somewhere (sorry, Im not going to dig it up) about how the majority of Chinese assume that war with America is inevitable. The Russians will be more than happy to keep Europe to occupied to help. The Ukraine is a sideshow. They just wanted to secure their naval base in preparation for whats coming.

Im not normally a conspiracy theory type nut job, but I really think its coming and its going to be ugly.
