A regional list for small states could work, but you have to be able to get to the organ location/meet the organ halfway/etc within a pretty short span of time. If you're a resident of Maine, and an organ became available in California, it's not going to do you much good.

Or it will illustrate the biases in the advertising media? Charge candidate A X dollars for a spot, but charge candidate B 3X for a spot. Suddenly, the negative news aired for candidate B and the positive news aired for candidate A seem less and less likely to be unbiased when those rates are disclosed. That would be a major reason the media sources wish to keep it secret.

I think the point is that everyone recognizes that there are cheaper alternatives to eating out all the time. You can eat out for $20/meal (not talking fast food), and it's really, really convenient. Do that 3 times a week (or more), and you're spending at least $240/month eating out.

We recognize that the benefit from that $240 (12 meals that we could make for maybe $40 ourselves, but it would be less convenient) is much, much less than the entertainment value of cable, or internet.

I can always make my own meals by buying ingredients and save a huge amount of money (I eat out a lot), but I can't make my own cable service or cell phone service.

It isn't trading food when the subject is eating out. It's trading convenience. You still eat... you just have to prepare it yourself.

Sorry, but you can't rely on any LED stats from manufacturers. They're all grossly inflated. Don't even bother reading them. Find an independent review, or better yet, see one in person. Most of what you find are what are very dim, blue, spotlights.

I've tried a quite a few. Actually, the only one worth using as more than a reading light has been a Philips model. The 12.5W "AmbientLED" model.

Considering that the crux of his argument (ignoring the smoke and mirrors angular velocity aside), was that he claimed he stopped and then accelerated back to the same speed as before all while he was hidden behind the other car, yes, it really matters. You fell for the same thing the judge did. The verbosity of the whole thing was all designed to hide the core claim, which is what I have said here.

The problem with his partially blocked view defense is he's claiming that his Yaris, is capable of over 1G accelleration from a stop. (10 m/s^2 is more than 9.8 m/s^2). That is supercar like acceleration, even to maintain only up to 20 MPH.

His whole paper is based on breaking the laws of physics for his Yaris, and hiding it so that the judge and officer don't notice.

Even with a w4 you can manipulate your withholding easily. Take the amount you can owe without penalty, set up the proper number of exemptions on the w4, and then add in any additional withholding you need (if the number doesn't work out close enough, and you go past the penalty mark).

The number is only $1000 if you have to pay $10k or under in taxes. The real values $1000, or 10% of your total bill if that number is greater than $1000. Or, excepting those two, if you paid in at least your total tax cost for the prior year, you have no penalty regardless ofg what your current year cost is.
