Submission + - Great book on intranet(s) (www.ivw.nl) 1

raketman11 writes: There are a lot of books about intranet strategies, but most are focused on budget and technical challenges. I work for a governmental departement and the technological decisions have been made already and there is basically no such thing as a budget (thanks to the tax payers for that). I am looking for a great book which discusses how to get people enthusiastic enough to get them to generate content for the intranet although it is not their top priority at work. The book I am looking for is more on convincing management and employees to make intranet work. How do you make the people outside the editorial/communication unit you are in build an intranet 'content wise'? I have searched a lot for this (of course on Slashdot as well) but just can't seem to find the right book.
Which book worked best for you implementing a great intranet in term of cooperation and communication as opposed to finance and tech?
