Not quite sure if I understand you correctly, but according to dutch law it is legal to download music and movies. Uploading them is illegal.

The book I am looking for is more on convincing management and employees to make intranet work. How do you make the people outside the editorial/communication unit you are in build an intranet 'content wise'? I have searched a lot for this (of course on Slashdot as well) but just can't seem to find the right book.
