The article states that most solar geoengineering projects
aim to reflect solar (IR) energy back into space. How about
covering all the roofs in a city a brilliant white? That would be cheap, easy and is guaranteed to help without any kind of environmental harm.
If someone could find a way to make roads and highways reflect, rather than absorb, IR that would be a big help too.
