A google search on "nickname" site:slashdot.org will yield many submissions

Looking further I see in the fine print that this discussion was created for logged-in users only. Also that it doesn't appear in the summaries on the /. home page. The google link said "Log In Nickname Password Public Terminal Slashdot" and was to http: //slashdot.org/submission/1011227/Microsoft-Bing-goes-live whereas the ordinary stories are under slashdot.org/story/ Somehow google is searching the submissions.

Does google news subscribe? Do subscribers have no comments? Or is this a vapor article that most people will never see?
