If the issue is transmitting while in flight, then Apple could create airtags with airplane mode, i.e. while in motion over a certain speed, they will not transmit their location, and they could be on a delayed timer so they don't start transmitting until well after the flight should have landed. As such, Luftansa wouldn't even be able to detect the tags until the bags are in a lost baggage room.

The Journal of Reproducible Results. Just a journal of reproduced research to help document research that has been reproduced, and to improve the ability of researchers to publish when all they are doing is reproducing previous tests. Likewise, there should be a "journal of negative results" to document when a hypothesis did NOT prove out, as negative results can be just as useful as positive results.

Plus, with the self-driving car technology getting better and better, the aim should be to be able to have a car that can get a drunk driver home without issue vs. preventing them from getting home.

I was told that most traffic accidents occur less than 20 miles away from home, so I moved 40 miles away. Keeping them until they are employed over 90 days won't change the fact that they are likely to bolt soon, it just draws out the process. Of course, this assumes they aren't leaving BECAUSE you have a toxic work environment. If it is YOUR workplace that is driving them away, then by all means, solve those issues.

As someone else pointed out, the earth receives about 100 TONS of dust and material from space every day. This will include the aluminum claimed to be harmful and many others. As such, the impact of satellites on the material in the atmosphere is a trivial amount.

What I suspect is that this is a cover story for hard to spot satellites instead.
