Maybe they just like some people more than others. Installation was free, they gave me a router to keep at no cost, and my monthly bill comes to the exact $65 they advertised. They even provide roughly the speed they advertised. (750-950)

If the content is not 0.0%, then they can still charge the driver was impaired at the time of driving.

That depends on where you happen to be pulled over, there are many different laws, but generally it's a lesser charge if you're under .08 but still impaired. I'd much rather have reckless driving on my record than a DUI.

When I was a child in Flagstaff I could ride around my neighborhood at night with no light at all. There wasn't as harsh of a transition between overly illuminated and dark areas.

Pixelcount isn't the best metric for photo quality, but I didn't realize they got rid of the fingerprint reader. I can't help but suspect this is just a cost cutting measure. The fingerprint sensor on the Pixel 3 is a huge improvement over the S7 that I had before.
