Here's the thing: I probably don't need that kitchen sink in 24 hours. But if Amazon says they're going to deliver it in 24 hours, then I'm going to expect it in 24 hours, and I'm going to feel disappointed and cheated (I pay for Prime every year) if that doesn't happen. It's on Amazon for making promises they can't keep without endangering the public.
I note that these comments came from a UK researcher. I believe that the Oxford/Astra Zeneca vaccine is the one most widely deployed in the UK, and that it's somewhat less efficacious than the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines. I wonder if this would be true in a place where the Pfizer and/or Moderna vaccines where the most widely deployed?
"Therefore, med school tuition for non-surgical specialties should be lower."
I'm not a doctor and I've never attended medical school, so I may be way off base on this. But don't medical students attend residence programs and fellowships that train them in specialties _after_ graduating from medical school? How do we know what specialty they'll ultimately choose when they're still in med school?
IMHO, this is a case of improper use of computing resources. The ability to look up a license plate was apparently granted to the officer, so he did not exceed any authorization limits when he did so. Fair call by SCOTUS, but this should not mean that the officer is off the hook - he still abused his authority and should be punished for that.
Well, no. A computer program is a set of instructions for a computer to follow. A recipe is a set of instructions for a human to follow. Not the same thing at all.
Do an apples-to-apples comparison, taking into account performance, cargo capacity and towing capacity, and you'll find that you're paying quite a bit more for a Tesla than a comparably-performing Chevy or Ford.
Or watch this video (start at 3:40 for that apples-to-apples comparison) https://www.youtube.com/watch?...
