Companies will move around from state to state and city to city where they feel they will get the best tax breaks and get the most profit. It's about corporate greed.

I dumped HP printers a long time ago. I switched to Epson printers. I buy LD Ink off of amazon at a really cheap price. It works well in my Epson printers and costs far less than official Epson ink. Never had problems with their ink so far.

I don't use -any- cloud based storage by any company. I don't trust any of them. This is a prime example WHY.

I keep multiple redundant backups. And use a couple different NAS's for my own "cloud backup". All secured to the HILT (firewalls etc..).

Nope I know people who have taken their motorhomes to Europe. So Japan same thing.

We don't fly anymore!

We bought a 32 ft motorhome (used - cost same as a new car) and travel our way and stay wherever. We got solar put on it (6 X 200 watt panels and 5 100ah LiOn batteries).
We can "boondock" anywhere and can go into pretty much ANY National Park campground, any RV park/campground, Rest Stops, Walmart/Sams Club parking lots etc...

Screw the overly expensive airlines and hotels! yes gas is not cheap - but cheaper than using airlines, hotels, rental cars.

This is the UN - who gives a raging rats @$$ what they say. They have diarrhea of the mouth, every time they open it something falls out! The UN and it's appendant bodies should be shut down and kicked off of U.S. soil and the UN building tore down or even better turned into housing for all the alligator's coming into this country and being sent to New York!

What did your Tesla cost? (Seriously) The three Tesla owners I have talked to so far paid $80,000+ one said he paid $106,000. That is crazy for a car. Granted a new Ford gas truck is running $70,000 which insane.

EV's aren't ready for prime time yet. I won't even look at them until they can get the same range as a gas powered vehicle and I don't have to wait 2+ hours to change my car. The charging infrastructure is not there yet for long distance driving.

I do a lot of long distance driving across multiple states and EV's are not ready for that yet. Well maybe Tesla's but how many can afford the sticker shock on those.

With their rampant add push my use of youtube has diminished greatly. I rarely use it anymore. I get enough adds on TV. I canceled Amazon Prime as I'm not paying for a service to get adds. It's like in the early days of cable, you paid for it NOT to get adds, then they added adds on EVERY channel. CANCELED! Pay for youtube premium are you $H!TT!NG me - hell no - they will just force adds on you for that too at some point. Not paying sorry. When/if Netflix does the same thing I'll cancel that too. There are still good old DVD's and VHS tapes if I want to watch something. F! companies forcing/cramming adds down your throat!

I don't use any of the above. Ever since my days on the Amiga I've used Directory Opus. Have it for Windows and got it running on Linux thanks to Wine. Dir Opus is hands down the best "file manager" replacement. On windows you can set it as the default file manager over Winblows Explorer.
