This is the proper definition, as put forth by...

The one thing in which most of these good people were agreed was the one thing in which I differed from them. They were quite sure they had attained a certain "gnosis" — had, more or less successfully, solved the problem of existence; while I was quite sure I had not, and had a pretty strong conviction that the problem was insoluble.

What it is not, however, is any form of lost revenue. You would never have purchased that movie in the first place. It was not physically produced, shipped or shelved. No material loss was suffered, nor any sale eliminated. The cost of piracy to the copyright industries cannot be measured by multiplying downloads times retail prices; not even close. Yet this is how they attempt to portray it. This is what "theft" means.

You are guilty of non-commercial copyright violation. Not theft.

AVG is only bloatware if you install the bloat: choose "Custom Installation" and uncheck everything except the base package and it's much cleaner.

Last time I checked, you have to fully uninstall it and then re-install as custom; they've been upgrading their installer frequently, it's possible that you can now remove the extra packages in-situ, dunno.

It wouldn't be too surprising if dancing were common to the group of "higher apes" that includes us humans.

...except that the notable absence of sound-based rhythmic coordination among other apes is exactly what led to these researchers' theory that vocal mimicry is the key: it requires the ability to match the timing of an auditory cue, which is their definition of the difference between dancing and other motive displays.

The conclusion wasn't that you have to be a mimic to match a beat, but precisely the opposite: that having time sense opens the door for mimicry. When cart and horse are properly arranged, the selective benefits become more apparent.
