The HDR in Altered Carbon looked very good and made it seem more real. Also the HDR in the Revenant also looked better than the non-hdr 1080p version. It seems to help a lot where the film is set outside at night with both bright and dark parts. Although what Netflix needs to do is increase the rate. 15Mb still has some artifacts/overcompression of textures. I think 20-25 would work well. I agree with him that 8k is a huge waste though.

The rates Visa used a year ago for Euros seemed very close to the published daily rates(but I may not have looked close enough). Neither of my travel cards add a bank exchange fee(some other cards do but there are a lot that don't) The automatic exchange thing is a huge pain in the butt. They always try to sneak it on you and its a really bad deal but usually if you complain at least in Belgium I've always been able to get them to rerun it as Euros.

I'd agree but Federalism is already messed up as the feds just take money from states like mine in the NE and give it to states in the south so if anything this is at-least more fair than that as its at-least based on something then certain regions supporting others with little reasoning. This would actually go where the product does. I'm not saying my idea is perfect but it will probably be better than what the government comes up with. I'd prefer the SC had decided that it was like it was in the old days. I.e. no point of presence in the logicality then no responsibility to collect.
