I pretty much agree (IANAL, though). I have served on 3 juries and it's pretty clear... open and shut cases rarely go to trial. Generally speaking jury trials only happen when the defense (for whatever reason) is convinced they can win, but the prosecution still thinks they can win (or, due to politics, has to try anyway). That's a pretty small number of cases.
James Blish wrote a lot of good stuff, but in particular his "Cities in Flight" series is really awesome. The four books are:
They Shall Have Stars
A Life for the Stars
Earthman, Come Home
The Triumph of Time
The third is the best, IMHO but they are all good.
Sprint's return policies are pretty good. I bought the LG Rumor (not Touch) and didn't like it so I took it back and got a Samsung. No questions, no problems. I believe you get 30 days to return w/Sprint.
It doesn't appear in this article, but in other articles I've seen on this (http://news.cnet.com/8301-17938_105-20030992-1.html) it stated that the app has received an imprimatur from the bishop of the diocese where the authors are located. That's the usual process.
An imprimatur does not imply church agreement with the document (app, in this case), merely that it is not contrary to Church teaching.
Oh geez, this is just stupid. At least the headline is stupid. There's nothing in TFA to suggest that testosterone as such has anything to do with! It's just age and presumably experience. Geez.
That's correct, the student users of PLATO never saw a command prompt. However, get an "author" signon was not that hard for computer geek types, especially at UIUC.
If you actually bothered to read, you might realize that while PLATO was started in 1960, it didn't blossom as a community until 1973 when notesfiles began. Newbie.
