you pay for an unlimited amount of time to use the network , but the time is only unlimited if you use don't use it too often.
Kind of like paying for a 'yearly pass' for a road that only allows you to use the road a limited number of times in a year.
These are really great for consumers who are locked into a limited monopoly. I think when comcast wants to give up an all the telecommunications goodies that prevent others from entering into the market they can be free to consider such irritating limits BUT they had better be required to put them in plain sight on all their adds. Then people can decided if they want unlimited Speed to consume limited data or if they want a slower data tier. Also , i don't want to be charged an 'extra fee' I just want the network to shut off until I decided to pay more money. This isn't my heat bill after all.

yeah, i tend to agree, uber has really seems to have crossed the line of the 'Gig' idea.
I driver should be able to set their own fees for a route and pick the routes they want to drive. The riders need to be able to request a pickup and a drop off and then choose from various drivers , based on price, car type , maybe reviews. That is a Gig. No one tells anyone how much anyone is paid and when and where anyone needs to work.

This appears to be censorship for wholly political reasons as lifesite certainly has never advocated violence.

What are they talking about. It used to be that what you saw was a timeline of posts by people on your friends list. ( I think there were adds on the sidebar).
Comments from people I know were in time based order on the main feed.
Are they talking about changing that or just the adds on the sidebar? I mean , they can do whatever they want with the irrelevant adds no one looks at, I'd be pretty P.Oed if I were a user and all the sudden I wasn't seeing my posts from grandma, which is the whole point of being on the platform.

I'd like to have it on hand for reference.
