...right up there with Columbus being a daring explorer who proved all those fools wrong who thought the world was flat, when in reality everyone knew the world was round and Columbus was the fool for thinking he could said from Europe to Asia. His men were nearly ready to munity when they were just 1/3 of the way there. Only landing in the Caribbean saved his child raping, hand chopping slaver ass.
Britain and France effectively took the Middle East from the Ottomans, helped by some of the natives.
And? They had no more business carving up the Middle East than they did the Americas or Africa. No business giving Palestine away to people not from there to make up for their (and Germany's) anti-semitic sins. Balfour, the British secretary who issued the Balfour Declaration declaring open borders (for Jews only) in Palestine was a naked anti-semite looking to get Jews out of Europe, just in a nicer fashion than Germany did. Except it wasn't nicer for the Palestinians, who had nothing to do with the Holocaust and took in the kind of refugees the UK and US denied entry to.
The British supposedly had good intentions
Is there any way possible for me to give away your house to someone else, without asking you, with "good intentions"??? Hey, the Gypsies have been persecuted just as long and hard as Jews have been, lets give them your house to make up for it.
HTF are you "protecting" an area by giving 2/3 of the land to 1/3 settlers fresh off the boat? At most 5% of Palestine was Jewish at end of Ottoman Empire in WWI. Hey, lets give 2/3 of Texas to all the immigrants streaming across the border. Same "protector" logic.
When the British left, the Palestinians attacked Israel.
BULLSHIT. Zionist invaders forced hundreds of thousands of Palestinians from their homes from 1947 from 1948. Do you blame all victims of home invasions if they dare to fight back? Do you blame Warsaw Jews for using tunnels to fight back against Germans in WWII? If not, why not?
Israel was attacked around 5 times by Palestine, Jordan and other Muslim countries. Israel started being overly aggressive in the 1980s.
MORE BULLSHIT. Every single conflict, every single war was started by Israel. Including October 7th. The day before the 7th, a report came out that 2023 was the deadliest year for Palestinian children. On October 5th, Israeli soldiers and settlers in illegally occupied West Bank attacked a Palestinian village with bullets and tear gas. All the squawking about hostages taken by Hamas? How about the many times greater number of hostages Israel is holding in prison with charges, or kidnapped from the West Bank or Gaza, which they have no business doing as an occupying power?
Israeli Occupation Forces killed a young man in that assault on October 5th. The next day, October 6th, they attacked the funeral for this same man, again with bullets and tear gas. October 7th was the Palestinian reprisal for Israeli brutality, not the other way around.
The one and only exception is the 1973 war, the one and only conflict started with a sneak attack on Israel instead of the other way around. But Israel had that one coming as they were illegally sitting on land they started in the 1967 war also started by Israel, with a sneak attack on Egypt's air force.
Hamas staged a coup in 2007
You misspelled elected because the PLO is just a tool for the US and Apartheid Israel. Hamas were the only group supplying services and resisting oppression. Either you're blatantly lying or are incredibly and willfully ignorant.
Nearly all Middle Eastern Muslims are anti-semitic.
EVEN MORE BULLSHIT. Muslim countries welcomed Jewish refugees for over a thousand years when they were persecuted by Christofascists in Euorpe. Hamas has absolutely no problem whatsoever with Jews, they have a problem with racist home invaders. As would anyone who isn't a propagandist or an incompetent clown.
