That is a lot of name calling with zero facts. Funny thing is that Glenn Beck backs up his stuff with easily provable facts. Where are your sound arguments/facts?

I suggest you do as many smart independent thinkers do: Watch Fox and some mainstream, and derive your news from that mix and some google scholar searches.

It's easy to call names, and make sweeping generalizations. You have zero credibility, and your message has no weight, however.

Banning does not solve the problem. Banning just gives the government more excuses to intrude into our privacy. You simply make a blanket "Driving while distracted" bonus penalty.

Best solution:

Mandatory REAL driver training. You are piloting a vehicle. Force future drivers to drive distracted on a road course. Force them to try to stop in inclement conditions, etc.

FORCE THEM TO KNOW HOW TO DRIVE!

It is very sad that some folks refuse to consider the MANDATORY motherboard change cost. The exceptions favor AMD, with the socket AM2 lasting for about 4 years, and 2+ lasting close to 3, when considering the MOST current CPU of the moment. Intel boards cost morer and last less time. Any top tier (parts-wise) AMD PC built in the last 3 years can move to the latest and greatest processor, by a imple CPU swap. Intel cannot even get you in the i7 GENERATION without a board.

EXCEPT:

The intel motherboard for those less expensive CPUs has zero forward-looking value. They are already obsoltete when you buy them now. Additionally, the memory on the board will be obsolete DDR2. Furthermore, there will be no USB3/SATA3 option.

The AMD board will be closer to current, can have DDR3 should you choose it, and will support AMDs newest quad core/six core processors currently out.

This is like me pointing out that a prius makes a hella good race car, because it can get over 15 laps out of a gallon of gas. A PC is a bigger picture than the CPU.

The framers of the Constitution understood that we came from a revolt against what was viewed as an oppressive government. As such, they accepted the possibility that our own government may go awry of representing the will of the people. In such cases, there are three options, typically used in order, Soap Box discussion, Ballot Box voting, and Ammo Box reloading. That last option gives weight to the two leading up to it.

Yes, a government that has no fear of its citizenry uprising effectively will also have no fear of abusing or misusing it's power. I am an idealist at heart, but the drive to the "ideal" is often littered with ugly realities.

China has a larger carbon footprint than the U.S.. We are no longer the dominant industrial force, or the biggest polluter. Go look up the citations yourself. I am not taking the time to bother with dipshits that believe electric cars pollute less, or that global warming is in effect due to emissions. Electricity is currently produced largely from coal, and has losses in transmission, losses in storage, and losses due to inefficiencies.

If you believe this crap is truly relevant and dire, go bitch at China. They are the 800 pound gorilla,

If no one actually, physically MEASURED the temperatures, and logged them, then feel free to have your statement invalidated by default. Science cannot accurately note temperatures from 500 years ago without actual measurements. Stop watching Discovery Channel. You apparently are taking postulated scenarios derived from collected data as direct observation.

The truth is that we have absolutely no real guarantee as to what ANY of the prehistoric creatures that walked the earth looked like, or what temperature they walked in. Sure, we can postulate real close to the mark, but that is going to be it.

The theory IS wrong. I know you want it to be correct. It isn't. We have supposedly been having some kind of catastrophic climate change for quite a while now, yet somehow nothing much has changed at all. Icebergs and frozen things melt in one area, and things freeze in others.
