Using enterprise routers, yes. But it's possible if you have a fast enough CPU for your router running VyOS, pf/OpnSense, TNSR for the WAN connection. For 10G and above it may be better to offload most routing to a high speed L3 switch but will incur more complexity.

I suffered from bufferbloat when I was on legacy DSL, VDSL, and even symmetric 50 Mbps fiber. While not entirely gone, the worst part of bufferbloat as tested by dslreports.com and waveform.com largely went away, going from F to B, on symmetric 300 Mbps fiber overprovisioned to 360 Mbps.
I see the benefit, but robably best to have the drives connected to an expander as I wouldn't want to waste a full x4 connection for a slow spinning drive. Best to put a bunch of them share the full bandwidth.
Pretty sure Netflix has these same policies and regular employees are trained yearly for code of conduct. But this guy was a VP and he thought the rules didn't apply to him. His opinion about his crimes speak to that train of thought.
I'm thinking that so many people want to pin this all on Boeing that they overlook the role the pilots played in the crashes. The video shows that in one crash, perhaps both crashes, the pilots did not follow their training. If you have runaway auto-trim you turn it off and leave it off. They did not leave it off.

This is already done by the people who create policies and standards for the NEC (National Electric Code). Some of the people (check out www.youtube.com/user/MikeHoltNEC/videos) who summarize new changes in the code will sometimes disclose a change was due to the life of at least a single person.
