They identified two problem areas. The first is DX11 and earlier require game-specific optimizations that just take a lot of time to create and make stable. The other is lack of QA for driver UI. The first just need time in the order of many quarters. The second is getting fixed in a timely manner.

The first paragraph lays it all out.

In 2016, Liaison Interactive (SZSE: 002280), a Chinese technology company, acquired a majority stake in Newegg in an investment deal. In 2020, Newegg entered into a merger agreement with Lianlou Smart Limited (NASDAQ: LLIT) wherein Newegg stockholders became majority owners of LLIT. This is great news for Comcast customers because most of them have very low upstream bandwidth.

I suffered from bufferbloat when I was on legacy DSL, VDSL, and even symmetric 50 Mbps fiber. While not entirely gone, the worst part of bufferbloat as tested by dslreports.com and waveform.com largely went away, going from F to B, on symmetric 300 Mbps fiber overprovisioned to 360 Mbps.

I'm thinking that so many people want to pin this all on Boeing that they overlook the role the pilots played in the crashes. The video shows that in one crash, perhaps both crashes, the pilots did not follow their training. If you have runaway auto-trim you turn it off and leave it off. They did not leave it off.

You must have missed this part of the program

They did leave it off.

This is already done by the people who create policies and standards for the NEC (National Electric Code). Some of the people (check out www.youtube.com/user/MikeHoltNEC/videos) who summarize new changes in the code will sometimes disclose a change was due to the life of at least a single person.

I've seen the phrase "regulations are written in blood" recently.
